About Us:
We are a Family Office looking for a dynamic and highly organised Personal Assistant to join our team.
Role Overview:
The Personal Assistant will manage a wide range of responsibilities supporting smooth operation of the family office including administration, assistance and day-to-day family needs. You will be an integral part of a highly confidential, fast-paced environment where attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive mindset are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a family office or wealth management role. Flexibility and discretion in handling sensitive family matters.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Italian.
- Attention to Detail: Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Business Affairs:
- Assist with the family’s business travel requirements.
- Coordinate arrangements with external advisors and business partners to support ongoing business.
- Working together with the London office.
Private Matters:
- Manage and coordinate the family’s personal schedules, including travel, appointments, and event planning.
- Coordinate and help with household matters including staff and services, ensuring the highest standard of care and efficiency.
- Assist in personal financial management, if so required.
- Provide ad-hoc support to family members in various personal and professional capacities.
