Family Office – Business Assistant
On behalf of a Family Office based in Zurich, we are looking for a Business Administrator to support the CEO.
This is a 100% workload, based in the offices in Central Zurich.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain corporate records for audit purposes
• Maintain private records for personal and tax purposes
• Book transactions in the portfolio management system, including post execution controlling
• Monitor maturities, ensuring timely rollovers
• Prepare reports for client and management
• Calendar management
• Payment management
• Other administrative tasks
Skill Set:
• Experience in a similar Business Support role, ideally gained in the Banking or Financial Services sector.
• Proficient user of Excel and other MS Office applications
• Excellent time management and organsational skills in order to maage a diverse and busy workload.
• Experience with portfolio management system or systems like Abacus, Avaloq or similar as advantage
• Advanced English is mandatory with Russian language skills an advantage
