Receptionist - 2 week contract in January
Job Description
We are looking for a Receptionist for the Zurich office of a Global investment firm.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.
The receptionist acts also as right hand to the Office manager, helping with on and off boarding duties, office supplies and with the organisation of small events and team outings.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and colleagues from other offices
Distribute mail to various parts of the company
Assist the office manager in Events and other team building activities
Basic invoice management
Assist with the organising of meeting room allocation
Order office supplies and keep the office and Kitchen presentable
Your Skills
Language English required
Excellent communication skills
Experience as receptionist or other relevant role
