Customer Support Executive
We are looking for an experienced and customer-support executive to assist our client, a fast-paced fin-tech. This role will see you working with a fast-paced team offering support to clients over email and phone. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional customer service skills and enjoy working in a team environment. We are looking for someone confident speaking on the phone and dealing with both external and internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do
In this client-facing role, you will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting members with queries over the phone and other contact channels
- Updating internal systems accurately and efficiently
- Providing clear, accurate information to ensure members’ questions are fully addressed
- Adopting a customer-focused approach, demonstrating strong listening skills and understanding client needs
- Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Who You Are
We are looking for a candidate with a blend of administration and customer service experience. To excel in this role, you will need:
- Experience in administration and a strong background in customer service
- A client-centric approach, with excellent listening and communication skills
- The ability to address client needs with patience, empathy, and attention to detail
- Experience working in financial services is highly advantageous
The working hours are 9am - 5pm with an hour lunch break and the pay rate is £18 per hour + holiday pay
