WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy role where you’ll have a variety of responsibilities supporting your team and also working alongside other Team Assistants to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Inbox management
- Assisting with monthly billing processes and reporting
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients
- Meeting management and document preparation
- Travel bookings (international and domestic)
- Supporting with opening new matters
- Managing expenses and timesheets
- Arranging catering when needed
WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for candidates with previous Team Assistant experience within professional services, who are a team player and someone who can effectively build relationships across the wider business. As the role is supporting on a broad variety of tasks, the role requires someone who is able to be flexible and both proactive and reactive in their approach!
Essential requirements:
- 1+ years previous administration assistant or team assistant experience in a professional services environment
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- A positive attitude
- Flexible and adaptable in your working style
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
