£38-40k per annum
Temp to perm
Near St Pauls, Farringdon and Chancery Lane
9 am – 5 pm, 5 days in office

My client, a leading investment bank, are currently recruiting for Team Assistant / PA to join their investment banking team. They reward hard work and dedication with incredible long-term career prospects and many of the team have been there for a number of years.
What you’ll do:
- Diary management, coordinating meetings and conference calls across multiple time-zones
- Managing high volume of phone calls and emails
- Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings and video calls across multiple locations
- Coordinating travel arrangements for the team including visa applications, international flight and accommodation bookings
- Expense management
- Taking on ad-hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
- Supporting teams with day-to-day issues, needs and queries
- Providing phone and holiday coverage for other colleagues
Who you are:
- 3+ years’ solid experience supporting busy teams, is imperative as they need someone with some initial understanding of the day-to-day duties, in order for you to hit the ground running.
- Educated degree level would be highly desirable
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Ability to manage competing time-sensitive priorities and tasks and can demonstrate dependability and high attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task
- Displays a consistent, professional degree of communication skills in person, on phone, via Zoom and by email at various levels
- Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels, internally and externally
- Must be a team player that works well under pressure within a changing environment
- Flexible and adaptable to work and support across multiple teams
- Be resourceful and able to use own initiative in solving issues
- Proactive attitude when managing diaries
- Discretion to deal with confidential business matters
- Friendly, polite and approachable with a “can do, muck in” attitude
