Reporting into the Principal Consultant of the New York office, the team assistant provides administrative support to the NYC team.
Responsibilities of the role will encompass the following areas:
- Answering phones and responding to general enquires
- Screening & booking in candidates for senior management
- Formatting resumes
- Updating candidate resumes and profiles
- Database Administration
- Writing –editing candidate write ups.
- Recruiting for some private staffing roles, such as nannies and housekeepers
- Ops support
- Ordering office supplies
Skills and experience:
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and composed
- Confident phone manner and face to face communication
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, with forward thinking mentality
- Good problem-solving skills
