Job Description

The HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in the human resources department by aligning HR strategies with business objectives and providing comprehensive HR support to a specific business unit or department within the organization. You will serve as a strategic partner, advisor, and consultant to senior leaders and managers, assisting in the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives that drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and business success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Planning:
    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and develop HR strategies to support their goals.
    • Conduct workforce planning and talent management activities to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
    • Provide input and guidance on organizational design, change management, and succession planning initiatives.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Advise managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
    • Investigate and address employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
    • Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement by fostering effective communication and implementing initiatives to enhance employee morale.
  3. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
    • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Participate in the selection process, including interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, and making recommendations.
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, facilitating orientation programs and providing necessary support and resources.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Support managers in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues, assisting in the resolution of performance gaps.
    • Identify training and development needs, and coordinate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  5. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to develop and implement competitive and equitable compensation programs.
    • Provide guidance to managers on salary administration, promotions, and recognition programs.
    • Educate employees on the organization's total rewards offerings and assist with benefits inquiries.
  6. HR Policy and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures as necessary, communicating changes to employees and managers.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring data integrity and privacy.

 

Qualifications:

  • Arabic Language is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications.
