A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a receptionist who is well-presented, personable and proactive to join a global consultancy based in the heart of the West End.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Daily set up of the office
Manage the firm’s meeting rooms, maintain a high standard
Provide a professional and welcoming experience to all guests
Manage the phone lines
Order office supplies and receive deliveries
Manage catering for meetings and events, within budgets
Booking couriers and taxis
Printing, binding and paper shredding as required
Supporting the wider Office team as required
WHO YOU ARE
An experienced candidate who is switched-on, personable and an excellent team player, who can hit the ground running.
Requirements:
1+ years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent attention to detail
Top organisational & communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Well-presented and highly discreet
Strong MS Office skills
This role is paying up to £38k (DOE)
