Scheduling assistant / Administration Assistant

Full Time, Temp to Perm

Zurich, Switzerland

For a Medical Clinic, we are searching for a Scheduling assistant / Administration Assistant

This role is for their branch in central Zurich. This is a temporary to permanent role to begin 2nd January if possible.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Ensure that the Front Office is managed in a smooth and friendly manner to the fullest satisfaction of our international visitor, guests and partners.
  • Schedule appoints to a high level of accuracy, this will be one of the main task so attention to detail is essential.
  • Assist with Office Manager tasks as the arise (unpacking deliveries/inventory/etc.)
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock for entire office (manage service points)
  • Perform other clerical administrational duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing etc. for the Executive Management

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proficient in Microsoft office suit.
  • Fluent in English and German, other languages are a bonus.
  • Experience in a fast pace environment
  • Experience with Scheduling of appointment or calendar management
