Scheduling assistant / Administration Assistant
For an Medical Clinic we are searching for a Scheduling assistant / Administration Assistant
This role is for their branch in central Zurich. This is a temporary to permanent role to begin 2nd January if possible.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Ensure that the Front Office is managed in a smooth and friendly manner to the fullest satisfaction of our international visitor, guests and partners.
- Schedule appoints to a high level of accuracy, this will be one of the main task so attention to detail is essential.
- Assist with Office Manager tasks as the arise (unpacking deliveries/inventory/etc.)
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock for entire office (manage service points)
- Perform other clerical administrational duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing etc. for the Executive Management
YOUR SKILLS
- Proficient in Microsoft office suit.
- Fluent in English and German, other languages are a bonus.
- Experience in a fast pace environment
- Experience with Scheduling of appointment or calendar management
