Job Description
A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a switched-on Office Assistant who is well-presented and proactive to join a finance firm based in Soho.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Day-to-day coordination of a busy office
Support Office Manager with suppliers/contractors
Manage meeting room calendar
Diary Management
Support with scheduling meetings, light marketing support, processing expenses, meeting and greeting, and other ad hoc admin support
WHO YOU ARE
A junior candidate who is a personable team player who can hit the ground running.
Requirements:
1+ years’ experience in a similar role
French language is desirable but not essential
Excellent attention to detail
Top organisational & communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Well-presented and highly discreet
Strong MS Office skills
This role is paying up to £32k (DOE) with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
