Finance Manager – Management Accounting and Treasury

Job Description:

We are seeking a Finance Manager with exceptional expertise in management accounting and treasury functions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and cash flow optimization, ensuring the organization’s financial health and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Management Accounting

• Prepare and analyze detailed management reports, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and maintain accurate financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers affecting financial performance.
• Support cost control initiatives and recommend strategies to improve profitability.

Treasury Management

• Manage the organization's cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs and strategic objectives.
• Optimize the working capital cycle, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory.
• Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to mitigate financial risks.
• Oversee banking relationships and negotiate favorable terms for loans, credit facilities, and other financial instruments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements related to treasury operations.

General Finance Leadership

• Provide strategic advice to senior management on financial planning, funding, and risk management.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
• Drive process improvements to enhance financial systems and reporting efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification preferred.
• Experience: At least 8+ years of experience in finance roles, with significant exposure to management accounting and treasury functions.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• In-depth knowledge of cash flow management and treasury operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
