HR Operations Administrator

Ongoing temp

Up to £200 a day

 

I have an exciting new opportunity for an HR Operations Administrator to join a busy HR Ops team working for a growing investment firm. The successful candidate will support the HR Operations team by delivering excellent HR admin support and acting as the first point of contact for any HR-related queries. Previous HR admin/coordination experience is essential. Excellent hybrid available, working 2 days a week in the office.

This is a rolling temp contract, looking for someone to start in January.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Provide support to the HR Operations team and act as the first point of contact
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees
  • Coordinate new starter packs 
  • Manage the HR inbox
  • Oversee the right to work and ensure they meet legal requirements
  • Provide reference templates
  • Support the Head of HR Operations with any ad hoc projects

 

What you’ll need:

 

  • Previous experience working within an HR admin role
  • Experience in financial or professional services desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
