A successful and growing quantitative trading firm have an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR Manager to join their team. This role will play a key part in supporting the HR operations by supporting various functions including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
The role will begin on a 60% workload and has offices based in Zug.
There will be an opportunity to increase the workload to 80% and possibly 100% in the future.
Responsibilities
• Support the onboarding process by preparing contracts, organizing induction programs, and ensuring a smooth start for new employees.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives that promote a positive work culture.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, amendments, and reference letters.
• Coordinate time tracking and leave management.
• Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance data, overtime, and other payroll-related information.
• Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
Profile
• Previous experience in HR administration.
• Familiarity with Swiss labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., SAP, Sympa).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
