Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 15,000 - 18,000 AED + Commission of 0.5 – 0.7% of sales DOE
What you’ll do:
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to join a growing real estate agency in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate sector, with a proven track record in Dubai. This position is focused on developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Set sales goals and develop plans to achieve them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Optimize sales processes and introduce innovative solutions to drive sales growth.
- Provide regular updates and performance insights to company management.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve targets.
- Continuously monitor market developments to adjust strategies accordingly.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the regional real estate market and a robust network within the Dubai property sector.
- Ability to drive results, focusing on individual performance and strategic collaboration.
- Expertise in developing and executing effective sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
