Our client, a fast-growing tech company, who are scaling quickly, are looking for a high performing, experienced Executive Assistant to support their two founders. Working within a busy and dynamic team, you’ll be someone who thrives at being the go to person.
What you’ll do:
This really is a lynch pin role where you’ll be responsible for keeping the founders on track and prepare for their days. It’ll be a varied role with a mixture of business and private support so therefore you must be someone who’s happy to be juggling a few things at once! Prioritisation will be will an important part of the role, so someone who is able to push back and understand the business needs will be key. As you’re working with two founders, you’ll need to be able to manage different personalities and needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the schedules, booking meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Task management and prioritisation;
- Meeting preparation and making sure the founders are fully prepared and briefed, attending to take minutes and actions when needed
- Work with the Marketing and Events teams to plan and organise company-wide meetings.
- Act as both the gatekeeper and representative of the founders
- Support with personal tasks when needed
Who you are
This is a busy role and will require someone who is extremely organsied and has excellent time keeping skills. Due to the nature of the stakeholders you will be liaising with on a daily basis, you will need to have top level communication skills and be able to represent the founders accordingly. As the company is still growing, there’s a real possibility that this role will continue to expand over time, so someone who is ambitious and confident will fit well with the team!
- Minimum of 5 years administrative experience supporting executives or HNWI
- Highly organised and tenacious able to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Able to build and foster good working relationships with all levels of employees both internally and with customers or suppliers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with all levels of the organisation.
- Highly collaborative working style with ability to demonstrate directness and leadership as required.
- Self-motivated and self-managing, able to work with ambiguity and take the lead as required.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project).
- Experienced with databases and sales & marketing systems.
