We have a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR Business Partner to join the HR team and play a key role in the success of a global management consulting company.
You will act as the main Business Partner for Zurich and Geneva, providing guidance on numerous topics across the HR function.
 
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Partner with local management to execute global HR strategy in line with local business goals and objectives
  • Provide expert HR advice and support in all local HR matters including organisational development, talent management and change management
  • Coach and support the HR Specialist and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based in Zurich
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships to ensure successful delivery of HR initiatives & processes
  • Manage end-to-end employee life cycle with the support of HR Specialist in Zurich and the regional Operations team in Bratislava
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and development of policies in line with Swiss labor laws and regulations
  • Supervise and ensure smooth payroll preparation in collaboration with the HR Operations Specialist 
  • Work in close collaboration with our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, to ensure a seamless experience to all new hires.
  • Act as point of contact for external stakeholders.
WHO YOU ARE
  • A minimum 5 years of HRBP experience and 2 years of team management in a fast-paced, multinational and matrix environment
  • Strong experience in a variety of disciplines e.g. talent management, employee relations, employee engagement, compensation and benefits
  • Proven track record of successfully executing on HR strategies and initiatives
  • A degree in HR Management or comparable qualification
  • Experience in the consulting or Finance industry a strong advantage
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in Swiss law, HR compliance and payroll
  • Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English is mandatory, French an advantage
  • Proficient in HRIS system and MS Office Suite
