Job Title: Recruitment Consultant - Head of HR Division

Hours: 08:30–18:00

An established recruitment company with Headquarters in Central London, is seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead their HR recruitment division in the UK.

With a global presence and B Corp certification, this purpose-driven company specialises in placing support staff across industries, delivering exceptional service through innovation across Europe, the Middle East, and the U.S. Responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:

• Team Leadership: Manage the HR division, track annual targets, and recruit new team members.
• Candidate Management: Write job ads, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and maintain CRM records.
• Business Development: Build client relationships, expand networks, and meet KPIs.
• Client Service: Take detailed job briefs, provide market insights, and ensure top-notch service delivery.
• Operational Excellence: Meet billing targets, manage portals, and maintain accurate admin.
• Innovation: Contribute ideas for marketing, tech, and events to enhance the brand.
