Location: London

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 p.a.

The Role
As Finance Director, you will take full ownership of the company’s financial strategy and operations. This is a key leadership role that will see you working closely with the executive team and board to shape the business’s future direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals
• Oversee all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
• Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support key business decisions
• Manage cash flow, capital expenditure, and funding requirements
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax and audit
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
• Lead process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and scalability
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and board on financial matters, risks, and opportunities

About You

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with extensive post-qualification experience
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally as a Finance Director, Financial Controller, or Head of Finance
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset, with a proven ability to influence at board level
• Experience within a start-up environment and/or within the fashion industry is a strong advantage
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills
• Proficiency in financial systems, with a track record of driving process improvement
