A leading Trading and Transport Group based in Jeddah, recently undergoing a restructuring to enhance efficiency and drive growth, is seeking an experienced HR Manager. This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with the company's evolving business objectives, ensuring smooth operations during and after the restructuring phase.

Job Description:
As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing all human resources functions, supporting the organization through its transition, and building a strong, performance-driven workforce. You will collaborate with senior management to design and implement HR strategies that foster a positive workplace culture, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s restructuring goals and long-term objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Develop and execute training and development programs to upskill employees and improve organizational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Design and manage compensation and benefits packages to remain competitive in the market.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including setting KPIs and conducting regular reviews.
  • Support leadership in change management efforts, ensuring effective communication and minimizing disruption during the restructuring process.
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and high performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR management, preferably within trading, transport, or related industries.
  • Proven experience navigating organizational restructuring or change management.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work strategically while managing day-to-day HR operations.
