Job Title: Legal Counsel

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: 32,000 - 40,000 AED + Benefits

 

What you'll do:

Our client is seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to provide timely, high-quality legal advice across various matters. This includes ensuring compliance with legislation and offering guidance on legal matters relating to contracts, insurance, HR, and data protection. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Legal Firm or a Finance or Family office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the applicability of Federal and Dubai legislation.
  • Review and amend translations of legal documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Advise on insurance, HR, employment law, and contractual arrangements.
  • Provide legal guidance on data protection and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  • Conduct research and prepare briefing notes on significant legal issues.
  • Deliver internal professional development training sessions.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters.

Skills:

  • Bachelor of Laws or equivalent degree.
  • 5+ years of Legal Experience
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
  • Strong legal, analytical, and drafting skills.
  • Ability to advise on complex legal matters with minimal supervision.
