Employment and Skills Coordinator – Start ASAP – up to £35,000pa DOE – 5 days in office – London based

Role Overview:


They are seeking a motivated and proactive Employment and Skills Coordinator to join the team. This role will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of employment and skills initiatives that benefit both the company and the surrounding community. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance workforce development and create sustainable opportunities for individuals in the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employment and skills development programmes to enhance local community engagement.
  • Work with key stakeholders to design and deliver training and development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to individuals seeking employment or career advancement.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of employment and skills programmes.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and organisations to expand the reach and impact of programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on programme outcomes.

Desired Key Skills & Experience:


The ideal candidate will have experience in employment or skills development, strong community engagement knowledge, and excellent communication skills. They should be organised, able to manage projects, and work well both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of relevant legislation and a passion for driving positive change is essential. The successful Skills Coordinator must also be willing to travel between sites.
