Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Office Manager/PA to oversee the smooth running of a prestigious office in Mayfair. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager/PA to put their skills to use in a fast-paced and professional environment, ensuring seamless operations. You will be a dedicated candidate who enjoys working closely with high profile, senior leadership and takes pride in maintaining a well-organised and efficient workspace. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative setting. You’ll play a key role in supporting the team and ensuring the office functions to the highest standards.
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (with flexibility)
Location: Full-time in Mayfair
What you'll be doing
On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Managing office requirements, including facilities, ordering office supplies and maintenance
- Liaising with property management to ensure all facilities are maintained to a high standard
- Coordinating logistics for senior management and VIP visitors with professionalism
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and other EAs
- Overseeing office expenditure and managing the overall office budget
