Tiger Recruitment are partnering a medicinal retail brand in their search for a National Account Manager!

Role: National Account Manager 
Salary: Circa £60,000 per annum + comms + bonus 
When: Monday - Friday / 09:00 - 17:00 / hybrid working (2 days in office)
Location: West London - must be a commutable distance

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement modern sales strategies to meet the commercial objectives.
  • Manage and build key direct accounts ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business acquisition opportunities, aiming for a minimum 10%-15% growth in new business acquisition within your areas of responsibility.
  • Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and open lines of communication.
  • Utilise strong negotiation skills to effectively maximise account performance and marketing investment.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports to the Directors, outlining progress towards KPIs and financial targets.
  • Analyse market data to develop strategies that align with financial goals, and collaborate on marketing plans and annual forecasts.
  • Conduct regular digital meetings with buyers and adapt to their preferences for engagement.
  • Support revenue management through participation in industry exhibitions and events.

What you need:

  • Extensive experience within a sales role based in either the healthcare industry, pharmaceuticals, or natural and/or sustainable cosmetics
  • Proven track record of managing accounts such as Asda, H&B, Tesco's and more
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral 
  • Advance understanding with all MS Packages
  • Willing to travel to West London office minimum twice a week
  • Exceptional Regional sales skills
