Our client, a fast-growing tech company, who are scaling quickly, are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Administrator to join their team. This is a great team who really stand by their values and are looking for someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves and help!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Supporting the sales team, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining the companies HubSpot CRM, optimizing sales processes , being the go to person for sales data and working with multiple business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain HubSpot CRM
- Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards
- Support the sales team with opportunities and operational tasks
- Track key metrics and KPIs
- Apply data cleaning techniques
WHO YOU ARE
You will be someone who has experience in sales operations with a software of SaaS environment, are HubSpot proficient and possess strong analytical skills. We are looking for someone who has a blend of technical and analytical skills who is keen to get involved and happy to work in a dynamic and varied environment.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales support in a SaaS company
- Proficiency in HubSpot and business intelligence tools
- Competency with relational databases and SQL queries
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and strategic problem-solving ability
- HubSpot Admin or Developer certification preferred but not essential
