About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Logistics Supervisor to join our client in Jeddah. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in logistics operations, KPI management, and system improvement for lean operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, ready to grow and develop into a senior leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient rotation and timely delivery.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet operational goals.
• Implement and maintain systems to enhance operational efficiency and drive lean operations.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, standards, and regulations.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members to support their growth and performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics supervision, with expertise in rotation management, KPI monitoring, and lean operational systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in logistics and supply chain software systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow into senior leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
