What you will do:

 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management activities
  • Identify and explore commercial opportunities to drive growth with customers
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with schools, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and success
  • Manage a seamless and efficient onboarding process for new clients
  • Handle and resolve complex client requests and issues as they arise
  • Gather and share feedback from client with relevant internal teams

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Confidence in managing relationships with senior stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential data sensitively and efficiently.
