Compensation: $120,000 p.a.

Our client, a senior Principal based in Roswell (Atlanta), Georgia, is seeking a Private Personal Assistant / House Manager to support him at his residence.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing health-related considerations, accommodating special dietary requirements, and assisting with medical needs, as well as light housekeeping. A background in or strong familiarity with nursing or healthcare would be advantageous. Must be ready to travel with the Principal approximately once every one to two months. Ideally, a seasoned cook.

This is a live-out position, and the candidate must reside within a short driving distance of Roswell (Atlanta), Georgia, or, ideally, be based in Roswell.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare healthy, sugar- and salt-free diabetic-friendly meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner (Monday-Thursday) and breakfast and lunch (Friday).
• Assist with medical needs: administer medication, manage prescriptions, and occasionally operate a home oxygen machine.
• Drive the Principal to appointments.
• Track and file medical expenses.
• Coordinate appointments and treatments with medical professionals.
• Travel with the Principal (domestic and international, ~once a month).
• Host guests warmly and assist with family events and dinners, including cooking and set-up.
• Run errands and handle light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, dusting, trash removal). Liaise with housekeeper who comes once a week.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experienced Private Personal Assistant with a strong background in house management.
• Familiar with nursing, healthcare, and medical support, especially diabetes care.
• Seasoned cook, familiar with preparing healthy, specialized meals (e.g., diabetes-friendly).
• Fully flexible for travel and passport-ready.
• Professional, respectful of personal boundaries, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Holds a clean US driver’s license and is a confident driver.
