Role: Receptionist & Office Administrator
Location: Covent Garden / Westminster
Salary: £30,000 + benefits
Hours: 9am - 5pm

We are working with an incredibly well-established, reputable, global firm in the investment banking space, who are seeking a stellar full-time permanent Receptionist & Office Assistant to join their team! This is a varied, hands-on role which will require you to oversee and ensure the smooth running of multiple floors. There is no better opportunity to learn the business from the ground up and foster relationships internally. You will be excited about the prospect of joining a truly fabulous company and acting as the face of the business, welcoming everyone from contractors to the C Suite executives into this gorgeous office space.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Working closely with a Senior Receptionist, as well as the Executive Assistants, you will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting internal and external stakeholders in a friendly and prompt manner
- Managing a multi-floor office, ensuring things are running smoothly and all stock is topped up
- Setting up meeting rooms; managing catering; answering phone calls and emails
- Supporting EAs with ad hoc requests including processing expenses
WHO YOU ARE
You will be an incredibly polished and well-presented individual who prides themselves on their communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic. You will be truly excited about this opportunity to work closely with impressive EAs and to develop your skillset from the ground up. Ideally, you would have experience as a Receptionist in a polished/professional environment (eg financial services), or be a bright and eager candidate who is looking to gain this experience.
