Role and Responsibilities
As the HR Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and team members, offering expert advice on HR solutions. You will oversee recruitment, performance management, and policy development while driving key initiatives across the business. This is a standalone role, perfect for a proactive and adaptable individual who enjoys variety and autonomy.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading recruitment and onboarding to ensure alignment with business needs.

Providing expert advice on appraisals, performance management, and HR strategy.

Driving Diversity & Inclusion, risk management, and safeguarding initiatives.

Managing employee relations cases and offering guidance on complex issues.

Analysing HR data to create reports and inform future strategies.

Developing and enhancing Employee Reward and Wellbeing programmes.

Promoting a positive and inclusive culture aligned with the company’s vision.
Desired Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have strong HR management experience within the design and construction industry or similar fast-paced, project-driven environments. You should have a CIPD qualification, proven experience in managing employee relations, recruitment, and performance management, with the ability to influence senior leadership and support a diverse team. Excellent communication and multitasking skills are essential to thrive in this dynamic role.
