Tiger are excited to be partnering with a dynamic Consultancy Firm in their search for a Head of HR candidate!
Please note: This is a PART-TIME position
Role: Head of HR, People & Change
Company: Market Research specialising in the Professional Services sector
Where: City of London
When: PART-TIME / 3 days per week / 2 days in office, 1 day WFH
Salary: Circa £ 75,000 FTE

What you'll do:
- Develop the people strategy, working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that best people practice is balanced with commercial goals.
- Act as a key business partner to the SLT and CEO to develop the employee experience.
- Develop effective recruitment plans and processes to ensure the company scales to the dynamic demands of a growing business.
- Help plan, communicate, and implement significant changes effectively.
- Ensure that all elements of the employee lifecycle are managed appropriately, including providing support and training for line managers.
- Developing and embed L&D strategy.
- Work with line managers to discuss their team’s training needs, and to ensure that everyone has a personal L&D plan.
- Alongside Chief of Staff, manage the recruitment process, draw up job descriptions, manage the interview process and take part in first interviews.
- Ensure all new recruits have an appropriate induction and on-boarding.
- Manage the process around departing employees (e.g. organise exit interviews).
- Update internal HR documentation including Bamboo records and the employee handbook.
- Send out employee engagement surveys.
What you need:
- An extensive HR career
- Previous experience within a Head of HR role
- Must hold relevant qualifications
- Commercially focused, with previous experience in ensuring the people strategy is aligned to business performance
- Experience of creating and implementing Learning and Development Plans
- Happy to be the go to person and is approachable and understanding in their work
- High level of proficiency in employment law, HR disciplines and other relevant competencies
