Job Description

Job Title: Female House Manager

Salary: SAR 8,000 - 12,000 per month. 

On behalf of our client in Riyadh we are hiring a House Manager, the ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role in KSA or another country in the GCC. 

Job Summary:

The House Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a private household, ensuring that the residence is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. This role requires managing household staff, ensuring smooth household functioning, and meeting the family's specific needs and preferences. The House Manager will also handle vendors, coordinate maintenance, and manage household budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Household Operations Management:
    • Supervise and manage daily household operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
    • Coordinate and manage household staff (cleaners, cooks, drivers, etc.) to ensure efficient functioning.
    • Oversee maintenance schedules and liaise with vendors and service providers for household repairs and upkeep.
  2. Budgeting and Inventory:
    • Manage household budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
    • Maintain inventories of household supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
  3. Event and Guest Management:
    • Organize and coordinate family events, dinners, or gatherings as required.
    • Ensure a high level of hospitality and guest service during visits or events.
  4. Staff Recruitment and Training:
    • Assist in recruiting household staff when required.
    • Provide training and guidance to staff to maintain performance standards.
  5. Safety and Security:
    • Ensure that safety protocols are followed within the residence.
    • Manage security arrangements, including ensuring that the house is secure at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience managing a household or relevant hospitality experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is desirable). 
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage household schedules and tasks.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to manage household staff and vendors professionally and efficiently.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to the household’s changing needs and demands.

Other Requirements:

  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a live-in or live-out arrangement, depending on candidate preferences.
