Job Role: Marketing Executive

Start: ASAP – in office 5 days per week

Our client is a fast-growing creative manufacturing company based in Central London, looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join their small but ambitious team. This is a stand-alone role, perfect for someone who wants to be a lynchpin in the business and have a long-term impact. In addition to core marketing responsibilities, you will also handle compliance administration, making this an all-encompassing position that offers variety and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Brand Development

• Oversee and enhance the Shopify website to create a user-friendly and seamless shopping experience.

• Develop strategies to improve SEO rankings and increase organic traffic.

• Manage social media channels, producing engaging and relevant content.

• Execute digital marketing initiatives, including paid advertising, email campaigns, and influencer collaborations.

• Ensure brand identity remains consistent across all digital and physical touchpoints.

• Monitor marketing performance through Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools to refine strategies.

Compliance & Administration

• Maintain accurate records of employee documentation, including right-to-work checks and compliance reports.

• Work alongside the finance team to ensure compliance with HMRC payroll regulations.

• Act as Authorising Officer.

What We’re Looking For:

Ideally, we are seeking a Marketing Executive with experience in digital marketing, brand management, or SEO strategy. The right candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and optimising online marketing campaigns. Strong knowledge of digital platforms and analytical tools is essential. Additionally, applicants should come prepared with a portfolio of their achievements to demonstrate their skills and past successes.
