About the Role:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the sales and expansion initiatives in the cement industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strategic business growth, and team leadership, with a deep understanding of market trends and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expansion ventures.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead in the industry.
• Oversee branding, promotions, and marketing campaigns to strengthen market presence.
• Ensure alignment with overall business goals and company objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the cement industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Arabic speaker with excellent communication abilities in both Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in driving business expansion and new market ventures.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as required for business development and client meetings.
