We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will lead a team to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient service operations while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily service team operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Guide and support technicians, addressing technical escalations promptly.
- Work cross-functionally to improve safety, productivity, and process efficiency.
- Assign tasks, manage workloads, and provide mentorship to team members.
- Plan and coordinate service jobs while ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, resolving issues proactively.
- Collaborate with the parts team to ensure availability of required components.
- Implement and uphold 5S workplace organization standards.
- Drive process and quality improvements with a Right First Time focus.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with team leadership experience.
- Strong background in system controllers (PCC, DMC) and synchronization.
- Excellent ability to build customer relationships and provide customer-centric solutions.
- Strong decision-making and conflict management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
