International Estate Manager-French speaking

London, Mayfair with international travel

Salary: £80,000-£90,000 per annum

 

Tiger Private is looking for a hands-on Estate Manager, to manage and oversee an UHNW Businessman’s three main residences in London, Switzerland and France.


This will be a multi-faceted role that will require the candidate to have a strong background in property management on an international level.

Candidates will be responsible for overseeing and managing all three properties to the highest standards; identifying key areas for improvement & restructuring staff as required.

 

This is a newly created position which requires an experienced candidate who can strategize and implement new systems and structures to ensure the smooth day-to day running of each property, taking pressure off the wider team.

 

The Estate Manager will be the ‘go-to’ for domestic staff and contractors.  

 

The role will be based primarily in London, the Estate Manager will work from the Principals London Based Family Office, in addition to time spent working on the ground at the properties in Switzerland and France.

 

The role will report directly into the Head of the Family Office & the Principal.

 

You will work closely alongside the Principals EA to keep track of the Principals busy, changeable schedule to anticipate his next moves and liaise with staff and contractors to ensure that properties are prepared accordingly.

 

The chosen candidate should be fully flexible to travel to the international properties as required. We are looking for candidates with proven success and longevity within similar roles, those who have overseen multiple properties on a global scale.

 

The Principal’s business is growing at a rapid pace, and there may be opportunity to take on additional property projects. The chosen candidate should be ready to progress in their career, keen to grow, and take on additional property projects as required.

 

This is a fulltime live-out position, working 5 days per week with flexibility.
