Role: Senior Client Relationship Manager

Where: Zürich

Main tasks/responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of over 400 million in assets
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, fostering regular communication and proactively addressing their needs
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their financial objectives and delivering tailored solutions
  • Provide strategic advice and bespoke wealth management solutions through a holistic approach designed for HNW and UHNW clients
  • Continuously enhance investment services and offerings to ensure complete client satisfaction 
  • Assess clients’ financial requirements and align investment strategies with their risk profiles 
  • Execute and oversee all client's transactions requests
  • Support families managing complex holding structures, implementing effective family governance frameworks
  • Serve as a trusted client relationship manager, delivering clear, transparent, and pragmatic guidance
  • Leverage specialist knowledge and expertise to craft innovative solutions for wealth creation, management, and succession planning

Your experience & qualifications: 

  • At least 8+ years of experience as a Relationship Manager for (U)HNWI clients in Wealth Management
  • Skilled in identifying client needs and delivering high-quality financial advice, including market insights and portfolio updates
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong and trustful client relationships
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, thriving in a target-oriented, high-performance environment
  • Committed to upholding the highest standards of risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective workload management
  • Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is a must - any other languages (incl. German) would be a plus
