Job Description
A boutique construction firm are searching for a receptionist to cover a maternity cover. This is a year’s contract, working part-time Monday to Thursday. Hours 9:00 – 2:00 in office. The office is based near Queens Park station in North London. If you are immediately available, have Reception experience and can commit to a 12-month temporary contract, please apply today.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will be the main point of contact for the construction firm, Receptionist and office admin to support the wider team of five where needed.
Meet and greet customers
Inbox management
Telephone & email enquires
Maintenance of office supplies
Dealing with deliveries and contractors
Assisting with finance admin – expenses, raising invoices, POs
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will be a fast learner and have the ability to multitask. You will have a positive attitude and experience in a similar role.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role on Reception or office admin
Commitment to the 12-month contract
Hard working, reliable and good use of inactive
Experience using a Mac Book
Strong communication, verbal & written
Strong organisational skills
