Job Description

A top finance firm are looking for a dynamic Facilities Assistant to support a busy team in central London.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support with general upkeep of the office
  • Manage the outgoing courier items process
  • Reprographics duties as required
  • Monitoring and replenishing stationery and office supplies
  • Assisting with projects including office re-configurations and furniture moves
  • Ad hoc support to the Reception team
  • Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
  • Liaising with and supervising external contractors including issuing work permits and passes
  • Support with joiner/leaver processes / health and safety training / access pass management / office and desk allocation / confidential waste collections / loading bay bookings / office archiving processes / access passes for employees
  • Support with planning and execution of company events
  • Cover for the Facilities Associate as required
  • Ad hoc offsite errands: post office, notary, and supplier visits
