Job Description
A top finance firm are looking for a dynamic Facilities Assistant to support a busy team in central London.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support with general upkeep of the office
- Manage the outgoing courier items process
- Reprographics duties as required
- Monitoring and replenishing stationery and office supplies
- Assisting with projects including office re-configurations and furniture moves
- Ad hoc support to the Reception team
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
- Liaising with and supervising external contractors including issuing work permits and passes
- Support with joiner/leaver processes / health and safety training / access pass management / office and desk allocation / confidential waste collections / loading bay bookings / office archiving processes / access passes for employees
- Support with planning and execution of company events
- Cover for the Facilities Associate as required
- Ad hoc offsite errands: post office, notary, and supplier visits
