Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide Level 2-3 technical support to our client in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in law firms or professional services environments, ensuring smooth IT operations and high-quality user support.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide Level 2-3 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and law firm-specific applications.
- Manage and resolve complex IT incidents within SLAs.

User Support & Training:
- Assist lawyers and staff with IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Deliver training and guidance on IT policies, security best practices, and software usage.

Infrastructure & Security:
- Support Active Directory, VPN, and remote access solutions.
- Ensure compliance with law firm security protocols and data protection policies.
- Work with IT security teams to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities.

Collaboration & Projects:
- Coordinate with regional/global IT teams for system upgrades and migrations.
- Assist in new software rollouts, IT infrastructure improvements, and integrations.
- Document technical issues and solutions for knowledge-sharing.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Level 2-3 IT support within a law firm or professional services company.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and VPN technologies.
- Experience with legal-specific applications (e.g., document management systems, case management software).
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, etc.).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support a professional team.
- Education & Certifications (Preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- IT certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, or CompTIA A+ are a plus.
