Job Description

Executive Assistant to Founders
Role:
Executive Assistant

Location: North-West London
Salary:
up to £55k (DOE)

Working Pattern: 5 days a week in office

A privately-run, family business in the hospitality sector is looking for a highly adaptable and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide sole support to two dynamic founders. This is a standalone role within a boutique team, offering a high level of variety. As the lynchpin of the business, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations across both professional and personal responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

This role is hands-on and incredibly varied, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. In addition to core EA/PA responsibilities, you’ll also take on ad hoc office management and front-of-house duties, ensuring seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive support to both founders, managing diaries, travel, and priorities
  • Handling private PA duties as required
  • Assisting with the management of hospitality venues and ongoing projects
  • Acting as a key liaison with suppliers, accountants, lawyers, and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining records on bookings, supplier contracts, and operational costs
  • Taking ownership of ad hoc office management tasks to support a smooth-running business
  • Running errands, handling mail, and overseeing general administrative tasks
  • Conducting research, document preparation, and contact sourcing

Who You Are:

We’re looking for a natural problem-solver. As the sole support to the founders, you must be highly independent, resourceful, and comfortable wearing many hats.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous EA/PA experience working in a similar setting
  • A team-player mentality with excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and take initiative
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a high-energy outlook
  • Experience in hospitality is desirable but not essential – training provided
  • A keen eye for detail – an interest in events or customer experience is a bonus!

If you’re looking for a unique opportunity to be at the heart of a thriving family-run business, working closely with passionate founders, this is the role for you!
