Job Description

Job Title: Arabic - Learning & Development (L&D) Solutions Manager. 

SALARY SAR:50,000 Per Month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Solutions Manager to lead the development of business and client-facing training solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of corporate training needs, the ability to craft high-quality proposals, and collaboration with the customer success team to implement solutions effectively. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the training industry, strong business acumen, and fluency in both English and Arabic. Key

Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement & Needs Analysis: Proactively manage leads to identify client training needs, conducting in-depth consultations to understand business challenges and goals. Develop tailored L&D solutions that align with industry best practices and client requirements. Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to create compelling training proposals. 

2. Proposal Development & Solution Design: Develop high-quality training proposals, including program design, methodology, learning outcomes, and implementation strategies. Conduct cost analysis and pricing evaluations to ensure solutions are competitive and financially viable. Work closely with internal teams to refine solutions based on client feedback and market trends.

3. Implementation & Collaboration with Customer Success: Partner with the customer success team to ensure seamless on-boarding and execution of training programs. Monitor program effectiveness, gather client feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance learning impact. Maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.

4. Industry Expertise & Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends in corporate training, adult learning methodologies, and AI-driven learning technologies.

Continuously improve training solutions to meet evolving business needs. Act as a thought leader in the L&D space, contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the company.

Key Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in the training industry with a strong understanding of corporate learning solutions.
  • Proven track record of developing business and client-facing training solutions and managing client relationships.
  • Strong expertise in proposal writing, pricing strategy, and solution implementation.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • A background in L&D, instructional design, or business consulting is highly preferred.
