Job Description
Salary: SAR 20,000 - 30,000
On behalf of our client a highly regarded multinational company we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to establish and lead its newly opened Saudi office in Riyadh. This role requires a professional with a strong background in HR operations, policy development, recruitment, payroll, and government compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience working in start-up environments, the ability to work independently, and confidence in advising senior leadership. This position falls under Saudization requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies, oversee employee contracts, and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws.
- Government Portals: Manage visas, GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, and other government systems.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead hiring efforts, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth process for new employees.
- Payroll & Benefits: Handle payroll processing, salary structuring, and employee benefits administration.
- Strategic HR Support: Advise leadership on HR strategies, workforce planning, and decision-making.
- Employee Relations: Establish a positive workplace culture, address employee concerns, and act as a key HR advisor to the team.
Key Requirements
- Strong HR operational experience.
- Prior experience in a multinational company is highly preferred.
- Experience in start-up environments, with the ability to set up and manage HR functions independently.
- Proficiency in government portals (visas, labor regulations, GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, etc.).
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Comfortable working closely with the CEO and engaging in strategic discussions.
