Our client is an established financial services firm looking to hire a Legal Admin Assistant in their London Offices. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to further their legal career while gaining experience in the financial industry. This role will be busy and varied and requires someone who is organised, switched-on, and able to complete tasks to a high standard while working under time pressure.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Legal Admin Assistant you will take on a lot of responsibility as you will ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations across the business.
- Ensure all legal documents are signed and completed
- Overseas contract requirements
- Arrange notary appointments and necessary documentation
- Manage internal logs and databases ensuring all documents are appropriately filed and stored
- Prepare NDAs
- Assist with transactional matters, following up with all parties to ensure that tasks are completed within their deadlines
- General administrative support for the Legal Team
WHO YOU ARE
As the Legal Admin Assistant you will need to be able to multitask while maintaining precision on all tasks. This role is best suited to a flexible and efficient team player.
- Strong Academics
- Experience in an admin role is necessary
- Experience in financial services is a bonus
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- An analytical approach to work
