Part-Time Office Manager (40-50% Temp to Perm Role - German Speaking B2 Minimum)

We are assisting a leading global financial services organization in their search for an experienced part-time Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of their Zurich operations. The firm is renowned for its expertise in investment banking, securities, and asset management, serving clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office administration and manage local resources.
  • Support business teams with client meeting arrangements, travel, and entertainment expenses.
  • Manage office mail, submit invoices for payment, and serve as the local representative for office and facilities functions.
  • Organize events, client meetings, conferences, and internal meetings.
  • Handle local invoices, office supplies, and meeting room bookings.
  • Support the team with travel arrangements, expense claims, and leave tracking.
  • Assist HR with employee onboarding, offboarding, and insurance-related matters.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Fluent English and a minimum of B2 Level German
