Title: Nanny

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 p.a.

Start: ASAP

I am partnered with a private family in a suburb south of San Francisco who is looking for an experienced warm, proactive nanny to work with their team. You will be responsible for two young children, and this is a live out position. A passion for education and children is must. You must be familiar with this neighborhood and no relocation is available.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging, age-appropriate activities that support physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
• Identify and encourage “teachable moments” throughout daily routines.
• Transport children to and from classes, activities, and events, providing feedback as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with teachers and staff to stay updated on academic and social progress.
• Assist with child-related tasks, such as tidying play areas, preparing snacks, and organizing supplies.
• This role is five days a week; four week days and one weekend day.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record as you will be driving the children.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a similar role (nanny, governess, or early childhood educator preferred).
• Patient, proactive, and passionate about child development.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with household staff.
