If you have 3-5 years of UAE experience and a deep understanding of the estimation cycle, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for building projects, ensuring competitiveness and feasibility.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to determine costs.
• Develop detailed BOQs, material take-offs, and pricing strategies.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders for cost assessments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project budgets.
• Provide support during tendering and bid preparation.

Requirements:

✔ Must be based in the UAE with relevant UAE experience.
✔ 3-5 years of experience as a Civil Estimator in building construction.
✔ Strong knowledge of the estimation cycle, costing, and pricing techniques.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office tools.
