Identity and Access Management - Business Development Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) to join our cybersecurity team. This role focuses on client engagement, project execution, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Business Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities to expand IAM/PAM services, and lead client discussions. Drive business development activities, including proposals, RFP responses, and pitches.
• Project Leadership & Execution: Lead IAM/PAM projects from strategy to implementation, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Oversee solution architecture using tools like SailPoint, Omada, and CyberArk, ensuring smooth integration with client environments.
• Technical Expertise & Knowledge Sharing: Serve as a subject matter expert, advising clients on best practices and complex security challenges. Conduct internal knowledge-sharing and contribute to thought leadership.

Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on IAM/PAM.
• Proven project management and client engagement experience.
• Familiarity with IT governance/compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, IAM/PAM vendor certifications) are a plus.
• Strong business acumen and experience in proposal development and sales.
• Fluent in English (required); German or French (highly desirable).
