What you'll do:

As an Associate Manager within a well-established organization in the DIFC, the primary focus of this role is to support risk-based supervision across a variety of regulated entities. The role involves providing key technical, analytical, and infrastructural support to the Supervision Division, with a strong emphasis on managing regulatory transactions effectively and in alignment with organizational risk management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute various regulatory transactions, including individual approvals, amendments to shareholding structures, changes to business activities, and license withdrawals.
• Assess the complexity of regulatory requests and make informed, risk-based decisions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Contribute to the ongoing supervision of regulated entities, including monitoring risk, data management, and off-site evaluations.
• Produce comprehensive management information reports to support executive decision-making and internal processes.
• Participate in IT systems development and the continuous improvement of regulatory processes.
• Conduct due diligence assessments of firms and individuals using specialized software tools.

Skills:

• A degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar regulatory or compliance role, preferably within the DIFC or similar regulated environments.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
