EA / Office Manager

Part Time, Temp to Perm

3 days/week

$35/hr - $38/hr

Greenwich, Connecticut, US

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Ensure all office systems, controls, policies, procedures, and workspaces are compliant with current regulations.
  • Liaise with IT regarding maintenance, repair or replacement of office equipment and machines, maintain asset register.
  • Manage and monitor the facility to ensure that it remains secure, and well-maintained.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers and landlord to ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Review all service contracts with management prior to expiration dates.
  • Manage travel accommodation for employees and the processing of their expenses.
  • Organize and schedule meetings/appointments for staff.
  • Ad-hoc Office maintenance tasks including, but not restricted to: Providing support for visitors and staff, monitoring office pantry and stationery stock levels.
  • Ensuring that Fire Marshalls and any First Aid or other health and safety regulations are understood and adhered to in liaison with Buildings Management.
  • Assist HR with onboarding & offboarding (i.e., computer login, email, applications needed for their job, company mobile, seating assignment
  • Be present within CT office on all working days and other U.S. office locations as required.
